Recalibrate was established in London in 2003 and has advised New Zealand organisations since 2006. Today the business is led by Hamish Duff and Louisa Bangma, combining experience across technology strategy, digital transformation, independent review, programme design, project delivery, teaching, facilitation, governance, and organisational change.

That mix matters because transformation rarely belongs to one system or one team. It requires clear decisions across the organisation, practical delivery disciplines, and the internal capability to carry change through.

Hamish helps organisations make strong technology and AI decisions for future success, turning buzzwords and hype into practical results. He has more than 30 years of experience improving the value organisations get from technology and is qualified in both business and technology management.

His work spans AI adoption and governance, digital transformation, technology and data strategy, roadmaps, ERP selection, service design, process improvement, organisational change, teaching, facilitation and capability building.

Louisa is a management consultant and project manager. She has extensive experience with business management and provides pragmatic guidance for change.

Louisa brings structure, commercial practicality and delivery discipline to programmes of work, helping organisations turn decisions into coordinated action.
